Smith's Olde Bar Show Advance
* ALL shows are 18 + unless otherwise noted
* Load in time for both rooms is 3 hours before doors open unless otherwise specified.
* If Doors are at 7 PM, then Load in is at 4 PM. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED AN EARLIER LOAD IN TIME. *
* Bands will need to unload everything into the venue, then immediately move vehicles across the street next to the gas station.
* There is NO band parking in the cul-de-sac
DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR.*
Let us know if you are traveling in a van/bus/trailer. *
* For Music Room shows, all gear must be loaded up and down the stairs. Please let us know if you need loaders at an additional cost.
*Music Room load-in is up the stairs in the back alley (27 steps).
* Soundcheck will begin immediately in reverse show order. (Headliner first). We try to give everyone a check but if there is not enough time, the headliner and the first band have priority to check.
* Changeovers are 15 minutes unless otherwise specified.
* We do not have any backline of any kind. We have a few rental companies we can recommend if needed.
* Most shows for both rooms: Doors at 7, first band on at 8, unless otherwise noted.
*Any device (phone/laptop/tablet) used for playback must have a headphone jack. If using a phone, the artist must provide the correct dongle. Smith's does not provide dongles or adapters.
